Audi Introduces 2016 A8 L 4.0T Sport Model | Rochester Audi


For the 2016 model year, Audi has added a new class of A8 sedan: the Audi A8 4.0T Sport sedan. This model has more power and more luxury both inside and out.


It’s engine is an enhanced 4.0T twin turbo V8 engine, which boosts the sedans horsepower to 450 hp, 15 more than the previous 4.0T model. The sport model also lives up to its name with a more muscular and strong front fascia with larger air intakes, giving it a more powerful presence out on the road and setting it apart from even other Audis.


To increase the look of the sedan to more of a performance vehicle, the bumper has been lowered and the sides have been given more prominent panels to give a wider stance. The lower bumper on the back of the car has been reshaped as well to contribute to the new look. The wheels that comes standard on the Sport are 20” 5-double spoke wheels and more wheel options are available.


On the inside, the level of comfort has been taken to the next level. Executive and Luxury packages boast 22-way Comfort front seats with Valcona leather as well as sporty diamond pattern stitching in the upholstery. The front seats are not only ventilated, but also have massage functions to put you in the ultimate seat of comfort while you’re behind the wheel.


Other standard features include a panoramic sunroof and acoustic glazing on the windows, which creates the most luxurious interior the A8 has ever seen.


This sedan is also equipped with the standard Audi driver assistance systems, such as Audi side assist and navigation, as well as available features such as Audi adaptive cruise control with stop & go.
